Home Fees for Counseling Sessions
Initial Assessment 1.5 hours plus First Follow-up Session 1 hour $500.00
Follow-up Sessions 45 minutes $200.00
Included: Text and email support between sessions
All session materials emailed to print yourself
- Payment is due for first 2 sessions prior to the first appointment: drop-off, mail or Zelle. Subsequent sessions are paid at the time of your appointment.
- You will be responsible to remember your appointment, as there will be no reminder call and you'll be fully responsible for scheduled time missed.
- I will email you with a form to have your doctor fill out which you bring to your first session or if Zoom or Facetime sessions, mail it to me before your first session.
- You provide me with lab results, if pertinent to our work together
