  How many times have you heard that "diets 
  don't work"?   Well, diets do work.  

  Unfortunately, they work only for the short- 
  term, while you're on one.  Then we all know 
  what happens - the weight comes right back
  on when you get back to your original way of 
  eating and living.  It's practically impossible to
  live on a diet for the rest of your life because 
  it's rigid and you are a human being.

  The other problem with dieting is that it helps 
  you to develop a "diet mentality" - the all or 
  nothing way of thinking - "I'll start again 
  tomorrow."  Meanwhile, change only 
  happens NOW, today, not tomorrow.

  It's an empowering experience to break 
  through old patterns of thinking that create  
  our current behaviors and situations and 
  develop a new way of talking to ourselves
  that enables us to live the lives we desire 
  and deserve to live.


I'm fortunate enough to have worked with Dr. Harriette Mogul, the brilliant endocrinologist who designed the Mogul Protocol and implemented it in her practice for over twenty years.  

I use the Mogul Protocol with most of my patients and have the rewarding experience of seeing it work wonders with my patients for weight loss, blood sugar control, and lowering cholesterol, among other health concerns.

I also use the Plate Method, a user-friendly tool that helps you to judge the amounts of food you eat at a meal.  

The combination of these two methods make eating healthfully much simpler than other programs.  We work together to design an eating pattern that works with your individual lifestyle, as we know that there are practically as many of them as there are people!
